Responsibilities
- Provide excellent administrative services
- Act as the main point of contact for any admin related issues.
- Support a team of service and operation staffs; receptionists, office assistants, cleaning team
- Develop, review and improve service guidelines as per company policies
- Planning, coordinating, and executing special projects
- May include event management activities
- Proficient in writing reports and handling urgent projects from time to time.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant admin experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong communicator and able to work well in a team
