Responsibility:

• Collect information about the property - retail shops, department store, community mall, superstore and also arrange for photographs to be taken
• Advertise and promote available spaces in Mall
• Make sure properties and retail spaces for rent are in appropriate condition to show
• Contact and establish relationships with the prospective tenant
• Represent the landlord in negotiating with the prospective tenant
• Keep informed of market conditions and competitive rental rates, assisting in doing market research as necessary
• Ensure that a price is agreed which is acceptable to both landlord and tenant

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
• At least 3 years of working experiences in the retail business as a sales and marketing, commercial sales agent or related business
• Good communication in English (written & spoken)
• Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
